How to fix inevitable wrong course of action: Forgiveness!

I was browsing Medium and found worthy to read article from Justin Patton about forgiveness. He told about his life which as we generally experience many problems facing. And at a time when he should fight, try, speak up, hustle, but we don’t. Things like this cause regret and guilt in him. This is exactly the same as what we often experience, right?

Regret and guilt is arguably the most destructive negative emotion because it somehow could keep us in prisoner forever. So making peace with yourself is so important. But how can we do that? It is simply by forgiveness.

You need to first pinpoint our guilty feelings, understand it, accept it, and forgive yourself. There are many different ways for each person. You can call someone you have confronted, you can visit places that remind you of your mistakes and try to make peace with those feelings. Each person is different. Find your way.

Forgiving yourself is not an instant action we need to make it a habit and you will find yourself moving forward in ways in which you have not seen before.

I have created a quote poster and Facebook 3D post about Forgiveness. The content is Wayne Dyer quote about forgiving yourself. and here is how I do it:
